How do you organize recipes you find online?

I save them to Google drive and print them when I plan to use them so I have a hard copy to go by in the kitchen. I save those in a drawer in the kitchen.

I use OneNote and set up a page for recipes.

I use Pinterest, and I have a stored collection on allrecipes.com.

https://cookbookmanager.com/

It's very easy to import recipes from websites (either a browser plug-in or "forward" on my phone). It also does ocr if you have printed recipes you want to add.

I had paprika before and find this one even easier to use.

My DH and I share recipes across various devices (computer, iphones, ipad).

i bookmark in chrome and when i go to make it i print it and scribble changes on the paper. if it’s a success i put it in sheet protectors in a binder.

my kids are headed off to college and have specifically asked me to put all my recipes in a cookbook so i'm currently working using canvas to build a cookbook. I heavily modify most recipes so the edited versions are the finals that hit my cookbook. i also calorie count so i include total calories per in oz serving and macros. it’s very exhausting, but hope it lives on after i’m gone.

i hope that my canvas creation allows me to also put them all online, but haven’t gotten that far.

Pinterest. I have a board for recipes to try. Then I have a board for recipes I liked enough to make again. These are divided by course.

If there’s a recipe that is in our regular rotation, I will also cut and paste the recipe into my notes app where I have a favorite recipes folder. It saves steps navigating through Pinterest and then to a blog or cooking site.

I save them via email. I try them and if I like them they get put on recipe cards.

Are you my twin? This is what I do. I print. Try the recipe, and if we like it I used to put it in a page protector. I upgraded to lamination. I have a command clip on my kitchen wall and I use it to hold up the recipe I am using.

I bookmark it and then scroll through the disorganized mess until I find it. Then I have to read the comments all over again to try and determine how I might have made adjustments. Sometimes I combine elements of saved recipes with new ones I find online. It’s not ideal and none of my dishes taste the same twice, but the desire for order is not strong within me.

Then I pull it up on my IPad when cooking so I can follow along with it propped on a stand.

This is what I do.

I have a Recipes to Try digital folder and a Recipes Made folder. I bookmark recipes I might want to make in the first folder and search for them by keyword. After I make them, I bookmark them in the Recipes Made folder. Very easy.

I also have a Recipes Made note with a running list by date where I make observations about how the recipe turned out, any alterations I made, etc.

I use bookmarks also but just have one Recipes folder that is getting too long to navigate easily. I don't know why I didn't think of making subfolders!

I do this too. I make notes on it

I do a new search every single time. I end up using the same couple of websites. (And I know it’s Chef John’s Creamy Mushroom Soup and a lot of recipetineats)

I love Paprika and keep it updated so my college kids can access favorites. But I don’t add to Paprika until it’s a tried and true recipe for us.
Those I keep also as a mess - I’ve got some pinned to Pinterest, some bookmarked on Instagram and some emailed to myself.
