People who wear red usually feel more confident. But this is the only way it can work. You don't wear red to feel more confident. You're confident so you wear red. Wearing red on test days won't get you a better score unless you're well-prepared and are justified in your confidence... |

It's probably a placebo effect. They wear red because they think it'll help them do better, but in actuality, their positive attitude is what helps.
