I eat it with berries (fresh or frozen) and bit of cinnamon, or with baked apples.
I use it in lasagna in place of or with ricotta. I sometimes eat it as a dip with chips and pickles (not just regular pickles, but cucumber pickles, jalapeños, etc...). |

I don’t like cottage cheese so maybe this is not my thread but I use it to make Russian/ukrainian sirniki (fried cheese patties) or hi protein pancakes (1 egg, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 t baking powder, 1/4 cup rolled oats, whirled in blender to blend.

I mix whole fat cottage cheese with Chobani zero sugar vanilla yogurt for breakfast every morning. Protein + fat. Top with berries for fiber and hemp seeds. |
