Best wall oven for foodies?

Thinking about the GE Cafe double oven because we usually need something to heat up quickly, could use the two temperature options, and it looks like the bigger oven size is similar (if not the same as) a lot of full size ovens. I'm willing to spend more but it doesn't look like there are many induction range double oven options.

I am in the same situation. I want to switch to an induction range. I like the look of the GE induction range but would like a double oven (I use the small one all the time)
Anyone with experience with the cafe?

Roast? Gas oven. It’ll help keep things moist.

We didn’t want our oven on the internet (wtf) so we got a Blue Star.

I don't have their oven, but absolutely love my Blue Star appliances... would definitely recommend you consider.

We had a GE Profile range that we loved (induction and electric oven). Just renovated and stuck with GE for cooking but upgraded to Monogram - induction cooktop plus wall oven plus speed oven. I feel like they have good reliability, good availability on parts (though we've never needed servicing and had the last range six years), and give you some nice design options with their different lines.

PP that's also looking at the GE cafe induction double - I find Yale Appliance's videos and reviews to be helpful. They pointed out how at 4.3 cubic feet the bottom oven is bigger than some regular size ovens (like the Fisher P). https://www.yaleappliance.com/product/caf-30-slide-in-electric-range-chs950p-229351

Electric is the most precise

I love my Kitchen Aid double wall oven. I use both ovens all the time. Convection is excellent.

Same situation, anyone else have recommendations for a wall oven?

We're doing a kitchen reno now. Multiple people I talked to said they don't think Wolf is worth the upcharge for a wall oven -- for a gas range, sure, but not a wall oven. We decided to go with Thermidor -- they have two levels, but the Professional level (more expensive) is only slightly more. Bosch and Thermidor are both owned by the same company, and many people say that the Bosch is almost as good, if you need something a little less expensive than Thermidor. I looked into possibly making one of the ovens a steam oven -- that seems cool, but it requires more work to plumb it for water/steam, so I decided I didn't actually care that much. If you're pulling out walls and such already, it might be a fun option.

I personally don't like a range -- it's too low to pick things out of. I prefer a wall oven, and we are getting the induction stove, as I'm really looking forward to that thing where water boils almost immediately. We eat a lot of pasta on weeknights!

Love our Thermador Pro (electric) wall ovens. They heat evenly and get to precise temps, have a variety of feature (timers, home connect where you can set things via wireless connection, etc). Doors are pull down, but I think the side open doors look convenient too.

Ours is GE (double wall oven) and we really like it. It has wifi, but we never set it up because it seems unnecessary.

Viking makes a nice double door electric wall oven. We have it in a luxury townhouse rental.

Wolf and Thermidor Pro are very similarly priced.

When I got quotes the thermador pro was definitely cheaper — maybe 10-20% less, so not a huge difference but definitely less. Anyway I’m not totally loving my thermador because they seem loud to me, especially after the oven is turned off. We have an open plan kitchen so it’s a little irritating to be sitting there at dinner trying to eat and talk with the loud hum from the oven. I don’t know if that’s common with other high end ovens but my old ge profile didn’t do that. I’m also a little irritated because the numbers on the display aren’t as big/dark as I like so you need to be right in front of the oven to see them — you can’t glance across the room and see how much is left on the timer and how close it is to preheated. Maybe I should download the app or something but I liked the big numbers on my old GE.

No wolf range is under $5000.
