Exactly, our team rep will neveru let anyone do anything except when she decides. She's so controlling and will not let others help and yet complains..

Former rep here. I did 3 years then 2 more on on the committee helping the next reps. My youngest is wrapping up and my best advice is to have a drink at the banquet before you decide whether u want to continue. When u are ready to exit, figure out what you most enjoy doing and do that!
