Oh man, like an idiot I walked yesterday for about 45 min but felt fine. Today the air seems much worse, everyone I see is masked.

I don't get it. The alerts end tomorrow but show "Very unhealthy" air quality for Saturday, according to my Accuweather app. Which is it?

I walked but started to get really dizzy. Today I'm masking it but not trying to walk in it at all it's worse today.

Middle of June: rain
End of June: smoke

My eyes are so blurry from it. Living in catastrophic climate change sucks. I really can’t imagine how bad things will be in another 10-15 years.

Do you have asthma or lung issues? If you don't, YOU CAN GO OUTSIDE. It's fine. Truly. Just try and see how your body feels. You are highly, highly unlikely to do your body any damage for 1-2 days.
