If you drive a pricier luxury car in this area do you notice people mess with you more on the road?

It's the size of the vehicle. People don't want ot let an SUV merge in front of them as you just killed their visibility ahead.

I drive a $100k German luxury _car_ and never had issues like this.

No one cares for your bike dude. They can’t see it that is all. If I see you on a bike I’d try to keep twice as much distance just not to hurt you accidentally

+1, if I’m changing lanes or something, I rarely register the brand of vehicle I’m behind or moving in front of UNLESS they do something obnoxious and then I might look. But it’s as likely to be a RAV4 as an Audi. I’m not out there looking for luxury vehicles to challenge to a drag race
