Don’t eat work food. That is first and foremost. Anything someone brings in large quantities to share at work is guaranteed to be low quality garbage food.

Don’t deprive yourself either though. What foods do you love? Make them yourself at home. I love bagels but I make them at home. It isn’t hard at all, just takes to planning ahead. I make them smaller than average bagels. They are so good/ make genetic store ones taste terrible. Plus since I can control ingredients and portion, I can eat foods I love without feeling like I overindulged
