Question on serving smoked salmon

OP here. Thanks for all the input. My toppings bar was a big success! Kept the smoked salmon cold, but I chopped it up and people spooned it on top of the quiche. Same with the bacon. It worked great.

So low class. Quiche has no toppings, people. Salmon should not be chopped up.

Fruit salad also goes well with quiche. I'd either do slices of bacon or forego the bacon. Quiche is not a 'toppings' food. Smoked salmon is eaten cold and not chopped up, that would just create a mush.
