This. If you get sick every time it’s probably something with the spices/injections. I highly doubt every chicken you’ve eaten was undercooked.

We get one about once a week. Yes I know they’re not great for you. I don’t care. Super easy and tasty. We only do Costco now.

Costco chickens are slimy like a big fat frog. What do they do to the meat to make it like that

I agree it’s probably not that the chicken was under cooked. If so, you would be much sicker than just a 1 night thing. However, I too have been having issues rotisserie chicken lately. I also noticed that I cannot eat pretzels or corn chips anymore. I have a nauseous feeling if I eat these foods. Could it really be the sodium? I try to eat healthy so I don’t eat chips often but when I do they do not bother me.

I’ve never had a problem with them. I ate them daily when I was on my weight my loss journey due to the convenience. I did have a few (2 that I can recall) instances where I returned/didn’t eat a chicken that look undercooked.

They’re OVER cooked, not undercooked. They brine and inject them so they don’t turn to dust they’re so over cooked.

I don’t care, I still eat them, but I doubt OP’s problem is from them being undercooked.

OP it’s going to be hard to figure out what your sensitivity is so just don’t eat them!

We eat them all the time with no problem. I get one from Costco 2-3x a month and from Giant 1-2x a month.
Makes making dinner so much easier.

I’m guessing you’re sensitive to something in the brine. I don’t like them so I don’t buy often but they don’t make me sick. Although tbf I don’t have a sensitive stomach at all and have only had food poisoning once in my entire life.

One out of 100 was undercooked when we cut into it. We didn’t eat it.

For me the test of cutting into it and seeing the meat.. I can tell it’s cooked (breast slightly dry).

I guess the 2-3 stores we shop at do a good job.

Never happened to me. We buy frequently.

Do you think OP still thinks about it a year later?

Maybe it's the carrageenan. I used to buy rice milk and noticed some weird digestive symptoms. I started only buying the varieties without this additive and the symptoms went away.

The Whole Foods ones aren’t injected, that’s why they taste bad.

Never. Giant's was voted best recently, and I agree. No issues for years.

This. The chicken doesn't agree with op. I have fear of food poisoning and eat rotisserie chicken once a month. It is always fully cooked and I have never had an issue from it.

You might have a corn allergy. All these items contain corn.
