NP here. The subject of OPs post specifically asked for lower carb hacks. But I do agree with you that we need carbs and getting them from whole foods (not processed) is the way to go and an essential part of a well-balanced diet.

Seriously, Trader Joe’s palm pasta is delicious. I’ll eat whatever the rest of the family is eating on real pasta except on palm pasta and it’s so good!

One of my favorite hacks is bone broth with salt and a dash of poultry seasoning - makes it feel very much like having soup.

OP isn’t cutting whole carbs like roasted chickpeas, seeing as how they’re not white flour, sugar or dairy.
