Airplane noise! Really!! And if u have couple dandelions, then HOA send a letter Or neighbor will send you threatening “annoymous” letter Lot of hypocrisy. People love using the term “kindness”, as if it is a very warm friendly loving place. Daily some neighbor would comment on exterior of our home, if something was off. Nobody cares if my family member was severely sick.

Lot of realtors in this and nearby areas who have made a good living by selling homes. Be careful many rosy posts about RF might be from those people.

We have not yet felt friendly with anyone. We extended hand of friendship to many, all declined. Race is a big deal.

Wow, disappointing to hear but not surprising. Our swim team also in Potomac (which is largely Asian) and very diverse competed against them and RF team was strikingly non-diverse. I think of their volunteers mistreated an Asian grandmother because she did which snack were for sale vs. complimentary.

How is an all Asian swim team diverse?

I did not say “all Asian.” I said it’s majority Asian, but there are also kids from other nationalities, races and cultures. It’s far more diverse than the RF team.

Oh Riverfalls, deeply disturbed by many trends, all parents want their boys to play with Nerf guns so that become....who knows? All parents want their daughters to lip sync to Taylor Swift, they call that "talent". It seems like there so much pressure that boys should....girls should...., as if we were living in 1750s America! My gosh, so backwards!!

Your front lawn should be shiny beautiful--does not matter if your family is in ICU!!! My neighbor threatened me about my grass when my family member just died from Covid.

I smile to people in playground and they cannot smile back or greet, I am like what is this!

People love showing off money....cars...fancy vacations.....

Last year I was in the home of someone...that person for 1 hour kept explaining me about their $5000 coffee table! They later kept taking about another neighbor in RF who spent $250K in renovations. I am like why I am hearing all this junk?

if you are into all these things....then yeah....RF is for you!!!!

PS: This is not all or everybody, but probably 90-95%. We found some rare good hearted kind people also in RF.
