What’s wrong with Grubstreet? I love the Grubstreet Diet pieces.

It's super nerdy. Perfect for DC wonks but no hot girl is reading it

Whole milk makes the best coffee drinks -- everyone has always known that. Good independent coffee shops have always made whole milk their standard, only Starbucks uses 2% as their standard.

I believe the only Starbucks drinks which uses whole as standard is the flat white, the rest are 2% unless you ask for something diff.

White girls drink whole milk, since the majority of POC in the world can't digest lactose. So if by "hot", you mean "white", then you're correct.

Yeah, whenever we visit our kids at their prestigious colleges, we never see young women in coffee shops ordering milk-based drinks like lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos...

Typical.

You're really ignorant, aren't you? Try some research. Even a simple Google search.

Here's a head start for you.

Does this mean that as a not-hot girl SAHM I have to give up my occasional glasses of whole milk?

Just kidding. I appreciate new food trends and all but I pretty much just keep on keeping on.

the fat from Avocado or nuts would be better than animal fat.

Are you a dairy lobbyist or something? Yes, there are subpopulations in Africa that can digest lactose. And yet, I'm still right, because most people in the world (especially the non-white parts of it) can't digest lactose. You sound ridiculous calling me ignorant for stating a verifiable fact.

https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/condition/lactose-intolerance/#causes

"Approximately 65 percent of the human population has a reduced ability to digest lactose after infancy. Lactose intolerance in adulthood is most prevalent in people of East Asian descent, with 70 to 100 percent of people affected in these communities. Lactose intolerance is also very common in people of West African, Arab, Jewish, Greek, and Italian descent."

Depends on the drink. Skim milk makes the best foam.

Doesn't help if diary gives you projectile diarrhea.

This is not true in the slightest. Skim foam is laughable.

To add one of the best things in the morning is a breve latte. It's like caffeinated silk.
