Far too salty in my experience.

Tried last year. It was terrible. Disgusting.

Really? Like one of the worst restaurants in the DC area? Panned almost universally? This should never come up pretty much anywhere as a rec, it's that terrible.

I happen to love their thanksgiving meal.

I like the one in Rockville/North Bethesda. It does great business. It has 4.5 stars on Open Table. It is a good recommendation, and certainly belongs in the mix if Fresh Market is.

Sure, Tom Seitsma gave a scathing review of the DC location many years ago. But that isn't "universal panning."

We like it too but last time we got take out they added a "packaging fee" which bothered me. Yes there are some extra supplies but I am not using a table and dishes etc. If they raised prices for everyone I would understand, but why just a fee for take out??

Because cheap people don’t tip. They probably can’t get staff to work for no tips.

I’ve gone to Balducchi’s and gotten their food from the deli and the case a few days before Thanksgiving. Family of 3. They have Mac and cheese and everything else you can heat in the oven the day of. They even have half pies which are yummy.

This might not be what you're looking for, OP, but last year our little family of 3 got the Thanksgiving meal from the prepared foods section of Costco. Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, gravy. They also have mac and cheese separately if you want that. We also got a pumpkin pie and extra gravy. It was really good, and we're going to get it again this year.

We are trying this tonight! My kid read about it in Tik Tok, and we needed a small easy meal after an earlier, extended family meal.

Excited!
