Taylor's Swift's new album - let's GOOOOO

Honestly, can't we just enjoy the music without this ridiculous gossip session? I mean, who cares??

Honestly shocked at all the people defending Taylor as it relates to Kayla. She made a clear dig to Kayla - and Megan the Stallion - on her latest album. Nothing needed to be said, but she felt the need to take a dig at Travis exes.

Taylor has a pattern of this. It’s well known that every ex she dates gets a song written about them. I think she and her fans are just shocked that somebody finally hit back, and in a spectacular way. Doesn’t mean Kayla isn’t also petty, but Taylor can hardly say she was taking the high road.

Who is “Megan the Stallion”??? Never heard of her. I’ve seen literally one old photo of Kayla and Travis together and know nothing about her. I think some of you wish we cared about them more.

She is a singer. Travis met her and asked her out, but she wasn't interested.
Savage is a 2020 song by Megan Thee Stallion that went viral for its confident lyrics and the accompanying viral TikTok dance challenge. Taylor has a lyric mentioning not being a savage on her latest album.

Those who know Travis said he was looking to date famous women. He asked several out around the time he expressed interest in Taylor, and she is the only one who responded.

You Megan and Kayla people are desperately seeking attention for them.

I enjoy them for free on YouTube just fine.

Trump just wants her attention. She’s too smart to fall for it. When a narcissist tries to bait you, you have to ignore them.

Everyone talks about being savage. What is this attempt to take common tropes and themes and attribute them to these irrelevant nobodies?

Yes. And Taylor also said she wrote part of a song for Sabrina since Sabrina likes to take "little digs" at men in her songs. That's quite a way to talk about the trauma Sabrina experienced when walking in on her dad cheating on her mom...

Taylor does not have class.

NPR talks about chart manipulation.

Word is spreading.

"Taylor Swift's "The Fate of Ophelia" has spent all four of its chart weeks firmly planted at No. 1. But she's no longer blowing away the competition on the sheer force of name recognition, especially with HUNTR/X's "Golden" nipping at her glittery heels. So she's started making moves to juice her stats a bit.

Last week, Swift released the "Alone in My Tower Acoustic Version" of "The Fate of Ophelia." Since alternate versions of the same song generally count toward the original's chart numbers, that gave the track a boost, especially on streaming. But Swift also set herself up for the future, opening a 24-hour preorder window on her webstore for fans wishing to purchase CD singles of each version of the song. Each is nearly four minutes long; couldn't possibly fit both on a single $2.99 disc!"

Paid bots are streaming her album and who knows how many physical sales were purchased by her team too.

Who is irrelevant?

If you mean Megan the Stallion, ask yourself why you are attacking her after Tay wrote a song about her.

Megan is obviously not irrelevant to Taylor Alison Swift.

Nobody cares about her. Stop desperately trying connect her to Travis and Taylor. It’s kind of sad.

PS: I rhymed “bar” and “car” because the genius Taylor has used that same rhyme numerous times. 😂
