He's been promising a healthcare plan for 10 years. He has nothing. Just a lot of empty, rambling words that don't actually mean anything. I'm glad that some Republicans are finally waking up to that realization.

Regarding the ACA, Trump said he was going to give us his new plan in two weeks - that was during his presidency. Did anyone ever see his plan?
