| Does anyone send their child to a social skills group? My daughter is 3 yrs old and has some problems socializing at preschool and the school recommended a social skills group. What goes on in one of these groups? Is this possibly covered by insurance? Can anyone recommend one? TIA. |

| There was a post a while back about social skills groups on the special needs board. What county do you live in? I saw a flyer at my son's school for a social skills group in Montgomery County but of course I forgot to post the info. What kind of problems is your daughter having? Is it related to shyness? If so I'm not sure that the social skills groups are geared towards that. |
