Objectively, I would say by the white society standards and a DCUM standardsds, i.e. slim, toned, looks good in yoga pants at age 45, etc., my wife is hot. Then she opens her mouth and the hotness disappears and in its place is a toxic wraith no one wants around.

About ten years ago my DW had the fatty bags under her eyes taken care of along with a bit of a turkey neck. Both of these she had inherited from her father. She ended up looking well rested and not stretched the way so many do trying to look younger. With the right intent and the right doctor plenty of women have been tweaked such that most people never know it.

Mine used to be that way. Now she's just not hot period since she doesn't take care of herself at all.

My DW is very pretty but no hottie in the classic sense. But, she has so many other good things going for her (including putting up with me) that in my eyes she is incredibly hot and I am incredibly lucky. And she's great in bed! I knew her for a few years before we got together and in that time I dated some true hotties but as I got to know future DW as a friend her "scoville" rating kept going up!
