The youngest is 7 so I think I’ve given my body enough of a chance to “bounce” back and the boobs are just not budging. I’m in great shape otherwise.

I would love to get conservative implants, just so my clothes fit the way they used to. I don’t even necessarily want a bigger bra size, I just want more fullness.

DH thinks this is crazy. He thinks anyone wanting plastic surgery is vain and almost mentally ill. It’s not a financial issue.

WWYD?

Guys always say that about implants. All I can tell you is that if your bed is creaky, get it fixed before you get them. Lol.

Not all men, bro. Fake boobs don't feel right, don't bounce right, don't sit right...

If you're a porn addict, and used to seeing giant plastic jugs and thinking that's sexy, maybe this works for you. But the scars, weird bumps, etc. aren't a turn on for most people, the numbness can be an issue for your partner finding breastplay at all pleasurable, and the whole "this object makes me hard" approach really isn't what turns most women on.

Fake boobs are for fake men.

In general, I agree with you.
The giant plastic jugs are quite different from what OP is looking for, though.

The only thing worse than obviously fake boobs are fake boobs that are trying too hard to be actual boobs. "conservative" implants are still implants, and will still move, look, and feel like implants. Doesn't change anything about what PP described, which was pretty spot on.

Men don’t notice and don’t know shit. I slept with 5 men this year. None of them noticed or asked if I had implants. I don’t have scars, bumps and the implants are tiny 250s. It’s 70% still my breast natural to feel .

DP. Maybe they didn’t say anything because it was obvious? I’m a woman and have felt fake boobs here and there and even a low profile implant doesn’t feel like a real breast.

I don’t know where you felt so many breast implants being a woman… but when the implant is behind chest muscular tissue and breast tissue covers is fully on top, it’s nearly impossible to notice a small implant. It’s 70% original breast, implant raises it and the “underboob”. Maybe the ladies you saw didn’t have much breast tissue to begin with, thus they had to place the implant strictly under the skin.

Interesting perspective: I've made bespoke costumes for MANY women, including corsetry and undergarments. Between that, growing up in the valley, and having the gay, I've seen a LOT of boobs. It is always easy to tell. I've never once been surprised. While some may look more natural than others, none of them look natural, even in clothing (if you know what you're looking at), and definitely not "in hand".

Mine look natural in hand and in photos

That said, most women opt for very large sizes of implants and there are very few good surgeons who can install implants to look natural. I did a lot of research

What a misery !

From a woman who wore padded bras until happily getting her beautiful implants

You sound vain and vapid. What a terrible lay you'd be, so what's the point, exactly, of all this sexualized "beauty" enhancement?

No, they probably don't. But I'm glad you're happier with your fake body than you seem to have been with your real one. Good for you.

Since this is an anonymous forum, I think DH fell for me because of them. Other things too of course.

No way. Breast implant illness is real. I know many people in the plastic surgery industry that had them removed and will never put them back.

Only if they did too large for they’re frame or too cheap

Whether or not they make you sick has nothing to do with their size or cost. I personally think we are making ourselves sick enough with our food supply and plastics everywhere that I wouldn’t risk more. I mean, that and I think they’re trashy as hell.

That’s what you think but nothing close to reality. Implants surface is not plastics. There are beautifully enhanced breasts that men prefer to “pancake” breast.

There is so-called “natural looking breast augmentation”. The size of chosen implants matters ! Of it’s too big for your body, it increases the complications . Small implants will enhance it cosmetically and will have lower risks.

I’m sure these women were happy with their results:
