Kids should not be doing this.
Any kid who started working early like that doesn't want their kids to do it.
One of my friends has a mangled hand from a meat slicer from when she worked in a grocery store at age 15.
They are also good jobs to introduce you to your first addictive habit, because the adults doing these jobs are miserable and have to self medicated to get through the day.
