The facility is fantastic, my kid had sports practice there this winter.

If they are closing the school, I can't imagine they intend to hold on to the land and building. Have to imagine they plan to list it for sale at some point. Sadly it'll probably become a data center.

I thought the Saudis were leasing the land from Fairfax County?

Rumor has it that it was sold and the buyer was Fairfax county. It was up for sale for anybody who could afford it.

Also in addition to prior message, the school property was owned by a trust (backed by Saudi i'm sure) and school funded by Saudi. It was not leased from anyone.
