Yes, I to ought it was his, as a PP on the last page said. Maybe mom is latina.

To me he looked biracial—like he had a white parent (Dr. Rabi) and a black parent. I guess I thought that because he looked like my son who is biracial. Interesting how we can all see the same person and have different perspectives.

I’m really enjoying this show and was so fascinated by the story of the Freedom House paramedics. I had never heard of this before and had to do a deep dive into the story. I was so glad the show highlighted the amazing history of this group.

I really the social worker, Kiara. She’s super sweet and calm. Still not a huge Dr. Collins fan - maybe they will develop her later.

As a social worker in a level 1 trauma center ER, I am thrilled they are depicting a capable social worker who is part of the care team!

It didn’t clear it up. I’m going to have to go back and rewatch the episode where they showed the kid and maybe use closed captioning - sometimes it’s hard to fully catch what they say.

I’m not really liking the young girl dr, Dr. Shamza’s daughter. They don’t portray her as confident. Her mother keeps inserting babyish stuff like calling her “honey” or “we discussed this at home.” Im not sure where it’s all going.

I agree she’s very green. But yes, I think living in her moms shadow has left her without confidence, and she is slowly going to come into her own, which will be a nice arc over time. But how does that work if the show takes place in a day?! I did hear that Noah wyle said season 2 will fast forward into the future a bit
