I saw the manifesto snippets and she sounded more like a textbook narcissist/sociopath. Glorifies other mass muderers. Thinks she’s supporting evolution by killing. Proud of manipulating her ‘dumb’ father. I agree about punishing patents for enabling access to guns (for any kid) but I don’t agree that some kind of moral lesson could help a person like that. I think we see she was in a religious school and it clearly didn’t help prevent this.

If their neglect causes violence or harm to others, absolutely. Drunk driver and street racer teens’ parents should be charged too. Your child is YOUR responsibility, especially if you are providing them guns and cars.
