If this guy could get a conviction with an ambiguous statute, just imagine he can do with one that is 100% clear. |
My reference was to President trump in 2024 |
| The polling prior to the 1/6 committee meetings showed 21 million Americans thought using force and violence to deal with a political issue was acceptable, and that number dropped to 16 million after the televised hearings. I’m assuming it’s the people who refused to watch or read anything about the 1/6 riot. We still have violence, but it didn’t get as crazy as 2020/2021. Trump not being in office likely played a role too. |
| Just checking in. Looks like we're approaching the two year mark with no charges against Trump. Looks like he's half way home. |
They also refuse to follow any credible news and don't believe court dockets and criminal convictions either. I say that given the number of moronic tweets I STILL see talking about J6 being instigated the night before either by FBI or antifa or some old guy named Epps despite the months-long trial of the Oathkeepers having just concluded with numerous convictions including seditious conspiracy after having presented solid evidence that it was in fact organized and planned well in advance by right wing extremists. Millions of Americans are living in a total bubble of delusion and fake news. That seriously needs to end. |
It's all sending a very bad message, that we have two systems of law - where the rich get away with it but everyone else is held accountable. If you or I had done even half of what Trump did, we would have been jailed long ago. |

“Special counsel Jack Smith has subpoenaed local officials in Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin — three states that were central to former president Donald Trump’s failed plan to stay in power following the 2020 election — for any and all communications with Trump, his campaign and a long list of aides and allies.”

Of the local officials who were complicit in the GOP’s attempts to thwart democracy, you have to wonder how many of them had begun to feel safe, like they’d gotten away with it. |
Yes he will. And to make it look like it isn't political, they will first indict Hunter. |

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/12/16/trump-jan-6-perry-00074379 So Clark’s draft autobiography indicates that Trump approved the letter to the all the legislatures in the Trump—>Biden states telling them to reconvene and pick Trump delegates. I don’t think he had been officially connected to that before. |

Criminal referrals for J6 coming next week.

Good. Oldish news already but good. https://www.cnn.com/2022/12/06/politics/january-6-committee-criminal-referrals/index.html Trump and who else? “The House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, US Capitol attack is weighing criminal referrals for former President Donald Trump and a number of his closest allies, multiple sources tell CNN. The sources would not elaborate on who besides Trump is being considered.” |
| Once again. DOJ gets one bite at the apple and they want it to stick. I predict trump will get all that he so richly deserved and will be indicted, tried, and found guilty by this time next year. |
