Are people actually going to do this Academy thing? And how does that work with HS Swim/USA Swim and where do they compete? |

Surely people will, their football academy program has taken off and is getting tons of top level HS talent. |

Academy’s w more common in football due to the fact that recruiting is done through high school football games and having a better QB makes you look like a better wide receiver. This isn’t how swimming works as all recruiting is done based on individual times and college coaches don’t show up to HS dual meets but rather end of season club meets. |

The previous leadership team was Randy Copper (Director of Aquatics), Bailey Fouse (Assistant Director of Swim), Jessie Bricker (Head Coach), Chris Stankiewicz (Assistant Head Coach). The new leadership team appears to be Randy Copper (Director of Aquatics), Bailey Fouse (Assistant Director of Swim), Jorge Iga (Head Coach -- though Academy is primary focus), Priya Aurora (Assistant Head Coach). |
