Crazy town pricing, and the neighbors have a toilet in their front yard.

What toilet? I do see a school.

There’s already a thread on this house

OP: What do you love a split-level? Very curious.

Feels like the sellers are desperate for publicity on this house.

Seriously. How many threads can this unremarkable house get?
Anonymous
No way. Folks are crazy if that pay that $ for this house.

0.72 acres, the value is in the land!

Ew I hate split levels 😖

It's the land, not the house.

The time to sell would've been before they paid whatever they paid to fix it up. It was a dump before and they were asking $1.5, I believe.

I pass this house daily as I sit in bumper to bumper traffic. The crazy neighbors directly to the left have placed an old toilet directly on the lot line. They also have no trespassing signs up. Maybe they have been there since John Glenn was a neighbor?

Split levels were inspired by more modern living concepts and the prairie style. Shiplap or whatever that is doesn't belong anywhere near these style homes.
