I find that so many guys in dating apps are married/coupled. It makes dating almost not worth it. What tips for finding out someone is partnered ASAP?
I just got invited on a weekday lunch first date. I’m so scarred from the past, I’m concerned this may be a sign he’s married. |
| Is there not a KYC/AML app for dating? If there isn’t there should be. |
| Get his number, Google it, then find his address and see who else lives there. Then do some Facebook/social media snooping for any name around his age that comes up. |
| Also you can use Homes.com to see who is on a mortgage for a given property (or look up the county/city home ownership records). |
| I don't understand why marriage and death certificates aren't publicly available online. Posting them publicly online seems like an easy way help people from not being cheated. |
| Hire a private investigator. I do this all the time. It's not expensive. Totally worth it. |

I would have declined a weekday date. For me, dates take place on weekends to avoid situations like this.
I’d just text him that something came up, but you’re free Friday evening. |
Avoid situations like what...? Married men only date during the week. |
| Don't sleep with someone right away. Recommend a date at their place. |
| I had a situation when a man was in the process of divorce because his wife cheated on him. Yet, she still had most of her belongings in their family home and spent some nights in their family home. He told me about that after we met, and I broke up with him (for multiple reasons, not only that one). Then I met with my current boyfriend and told him that story, and he invited me to visit his home right after our first date, “to inspect if any women are hiding there” 😄 I didn’t go there so quickly but it was a good indication that he lives by himself. |
How much? |
And who ? |
$500 flat fee for full background check and personal life investigation. |
Seems like a lot just to snoop out a first date. How many thousands is that going to add up to be if you date a lot, kissing lots of frogs and all? |
