Help: dresses for Caribbean "fun"

We're in the wrong season for this stuff, but I've got about a week to find acceptable resort wear -- preferably online, I am too swamped for in-person shopping.

It's a work thing but supposed to be "fun," with lots of "celebratory" dinners. Unfortunately I have eaten very well this winter (ha) and my hips are too wide right now for my summer wardrobe. Think, straight size but currently shaped like a cello.

Any ideas where to find some flattering empire-waisted maxi dresses that look resort-appropriate but also work-colleague-appropriate? Bonus if they've got some kind of sleeve... I really need to get back to the gym!

It is the right season for higher end designers. It’s called cruise line. Eg when rich people travel to warmer climes

With a week and you wanting to do online shopping only, this is when amazon and target are your friends bc they will deliver quickly, you can order a bunch of things and easily return what doesn’t work.

I have this dress which I purchased under a similar time crunch, and while it isn’t my usual style, it actually has a flattering fit and so long as you choose the color wisely it looks nicer than it costs.
