Should I include IEP/504 in my child's AAP package?

Quick question for anyone in the same boat. The school is asking for my permission to include a copy of my child's IEP/504 in his AAP package. It's up to me whether to include it or not. Do you think it's more advantageous to include it or not to include it?

I included it last year. I thought it helped to give a better 360 degree view of my child. He got in and has been doing well this year.

They loooooove 2E kids. My child's AAP class has a cluster of ADHD kids (to the point where they have a part-time special ed teacher assigned). Definitely include it.

IEP/504 alone won't put your kid in AAP unless your child also has a high IQ.

Yes include it. AAP classes have lots of 504 and IEP students. It’s not a big deal; teachers know how to work with 2E students.

+1 it’s now an advantage. They want 2E kids.
