HS Open Houses?

We recently moved to the area and would like to start visiting high schools for tours or open houses. Is that an option now? My 7th grade DS is into theater and music. We are looking at Duke Ellington but are open to other options.

HS lottery and applications already closed this season, so you'll be looking to attend HS open houses next school year. In the meantime, sometimes you can get tickets to high schools' spring performances, and that could help you get a sense of their arts programming sooner.

This is what we did. We attended performances at a handful of public and privates schools. Duke Ellington and SWW were our faves.
