| Please post what your principal tells you about tomorrow. I’m fine doing whatever, I just hope that it is fair across the county |
| School is closed. Some teachers are on top of it and giving assignments. They should go virtual. |
You go into the office and get your work done. Just like all the other adults. |
| They are having teachers get in there to start prepping for remote optional work for students. If schools were closed for teachers, teachers would not be working (aka post assignments for Quarter 3. etc.) Get ready for more closures this week, MoCo! |

Great, so I have to take off tomorrow so I can stay with my kids who don't have school...... Or they are coming with me.
|
That is a rumour, there is no direction as of yet |
|
AP teachers, can you please help your students stay on schedule for the exams?
|
|
“Remote optional” means a lot of student will choose to not come to school. What a waste.
I realize this is just a way to meet federal IEP requirements and create “equity” for students with unsafe walks/bus stops but it really stinks. They will probably also make some stupid requirement about no new learning and must be reteaching or some nonsense. -a teacher |
I sent them a bunch of work to do but I doubt they are doing it. |
| The timing of snow and end of a quarter couldn't have been more perfect. |
Thanks, but my kid has received nothing from her AP teachers. |
| The e-mail I sent out to my students on Tuesday now has a whopping 6 out of 120 students who have opened it. |
That is not what has been asked of teachers. Only teachers who would normally report need to. That means first year teachers and those who failed to post grades in a timely manner in the past. Everyone else teleworks. |
I was told in no uncertain terms that school is not childcare. Therefore this dilemma you are facing is physically impossible. |
I have about as many who have submitted the work I posted Tuesday. And yet, parents are clamoring for more 🤷♀️ |
