1/30 day camp

Anonymous
We are in Gaithersburg, and I am willing to drive to clarksburg to Rockville for age 10 boy, age 7 girl and age 6 girl. Any 1/30 day camp options?

I have not heard back from school childcare that they will open tomorrow friday yet, and I would rather pay money to get them out of the home. I do not want nanny.

Check with your nearest Recreation or Community center.

Any high school teens or middle schoolers in your neighborhood who can babysit? They are home from school as well

You don’t need a day camp to get them out of the house.

Spend time with them. They’ll remember this.

Maybe they've been doing that all week!

I am in moco. I saw that South Dulles recreation had an all day snow day program at the pool with rock climbing for only 50 dollars. Very far but I passed along the info to a friend that works out that way.

If they’ve been doing that all week, they’ve been out of the house.

PP is an aspiring parenting influencer. She should not quit her day job.

Lots of us have jobs where kids aren't allowed for safety or security reasons.

That seems like a spectacular deal. They better be sure to get there very, very early.

They said they wanted to get them out of the house today. They didn't say whether or not they were out earlier in the week. Maybe they have to work from home and can't have any distractions. Who knows? Who cares? too bad folks on here are such judgmental jerks instead of answering the OP's question by suggesting resources.

OP, we didn't hear from ours until last night (KidsCo) that they are opening today in some schools, but not others. Hope you found something.
