| Why does Cesar Cornejo have a job doing the weather? He is completely incoherent. Almost every sentence is nonsensical. His entire weather report is word salad. Like, "It might make it up to the 50s, maybe even the 40s." He uses the word "certainly" as a way to, I don't know, sound educated? But it makes no sense whatsoever. Every time I hear him I have to wonder if they signed a contract with him and are smacking their foreheads or what. It's impossible to tell if he has a grasp of meteorology because he clearly has no grasp of language to communicate it if he does. Really bizarre. This is Washington DC, not some backwater. There should be plenty of good candidates for the job. Why? Just why? |
| Just check the weather on your phone and stop coming for this man’s job |
| High turnover anchors?? |
| Haven’t watched local news is about 15 years. Is Lauryn Ricketts still on? |
| Why are you watching FOX for brain dead? |
| Local weather segments take 5 min to convey what can be conveyed on a weather app in 5 seconds. |
Yes, but focus groups show viewers are peculiarly interested in online weather reports - on all stations. So it’s provided because it brings in viewers |
| What time is he on? I gotta see this. |
|
It is not like Fox values competency.
Speaking of which, they might be hurting for on-air talent since half of their former anchors are running America right now. (That should worry you more.) |

| I saw him this morning. What a mess. His jacket was way too small. But yeah its a scene. I don't get it... |
Because those viewers, unlike the idiot relying on her app above, know that an actual meteorologist can explain the conditions causing the impending weather and explain the likelihood of certain events occurring. An app is one number with no explanation and no interpretation. |
yes she's back on filling in for Chuck Bell on NBC4. |
Where is chuck bell? |
They're both on. She's having a second baby and lives pretty far away, judging by her snow reporting. |
