Has anyone done Havenly in person design in DC?

Anonymous
Seems like an affordable way to gain some helpful insights without doing full service design. Any experience? I did do online design with them for one room and had a good experience - we bought a couple things but mostly used it for inspiration and it was great for that. We knew what to expect going in, fortunately. We have a larger room that would be easier if someone came in person, I think.

No, but I liked the online service.

Why not try the $99 online thing and see what ideas you get?

We did the $99 online refresh, and it didn't go well. We said we wanted out, they offered a different designer. It was OK - my husband's response was, "you get what you pay for."

We wouldn't use Haven't again

Right. I've used the online version and went in not expecting much (because it's $99) and therefore was happy with what we received (inspiration that helped us better plan out the room on our own), was wondering specifically if anyone has done in person which might be better because the person comes to your home.

I didn't know they had in-person. I did online years ago, and was happy enough with it, but would be more discriminating this time around re what to actually buy.

Might check out the in-person. I'm in the process of furnishing some rooms, so worth a shot.

OP: Did you end up using Havenly in person? How was it?
