What is the commute time for your DC to his/her high school?

12 minute walk

For one it is about 10-15 minutes there but can be about 30-40 minutes home if it's at rush hour.

The other goes to public school and it is 3 miles away. 5 minutes if we drive, 20-30 on the school or public bus (including wait time and walking time).

DC not yet in high school, but that will be DC's commute - D2D.

We live and VA and DC goes to Landon. It takes us about 35-40 minutes in the morning. 1 hour to get back home in the evening. It is definitely worth it though.

Will be a 15 minute walk -- can't wait! Right now, 45 minutes to an hour on public transit. DC will certainly appreciate regaining an extra hour or so a day once HS begins. And I think we'll all get to sleep in another 1/2 hour.

Commute to lower school: 20-25 minutes by car. Can't wait until upper school--20 minutes on foot!
