This website was filled with Elons Nazi salute. Literally the exact same thing Mamdani did. Why does this make me an idiot? And why did you jump to name calling instead of explaining why you deleted the post?

There are videos all over the internet. I just googled his inauguration and I see the video with nothing claiming it is fake news.
Also he was the mayor when he did it - not the mayor elect. Are you perhaps looking at old stories? This one is only a day old.

I can't believe that I have to explain this but Mamdani kissed his hand, raised his arm, and then bent his fingers to wave. A Nazi salute does not involve the kiss or the waving of fingers. Some of the videos cut off before he waves his fingers. If those are the videos you are seeing, then you should question your news sources.
