We’ve already been told that Tuesday will consist of watching a movie… we’re goin to take advantage and hit the road. No learning will happen that day. My kid will go tomorrow though in part because both my partner and I have work stuff we need to wrap up |

It's a trick that works on kids who are bad at math. |

The trick is that there are two calendars. Traditional and innovative (which gave up half of summer). Traditional has full days though most of the districts that are open 12/23 have that as a half day but not Montgomery County. Innovative has early release both days which is why some people think they are both half days just like Thanksgiving week. |

Arcola is the only school using the Innovative calendar. |
