I posted this in health and medicine but thought I'd post here too. Does anyone have recommendations for under desk exercise equipment (elliptical or bike?)? Are they useful and/or effective? I don't have a standing desk so can you really just sit and use an under desk elliptical? Looking at some of the posts in this forum, it seems you are all more hard core than me but given that I'm at my desk so frequently I'm wondering if something like the under desk equipment pieces are at all useful. |
What would you like to get out of using them? Weight loss? That's done with what you eat. These won't burn many calories. Cardio? Do you really think this will really get your heart rate up? Strength training? Nope. The only thing I can remotely think they'd be useful for is to help with blood circulation if that's an issue for you. |
