....then why are 40% of executives gone from a new company within 18 months?
They parade around with, 'we only locate the finest people who are not looking for a new job and put them through rigorous interviewing and testing exercises". But the ones found through them and hired where I work are no better than anyone else walking the halls. These firms make themselves out to be godlike kingmakers. |
