| I am hosting a sort of pot luck dinner and one person (single mom with 2 jobs) is contributing a turkey from her employer. She got it today and it's thawed out. Should I freeze it until Tuesday or so? I always do the water in a bucket form of thawing a frozen turkey because my fridge usually does not have room. |

| Don't freeze it. Make room in the fridge for 2 days. Brine (dry or wet) starting Monday night and you'll be good to go Thursday. |
