Sofa covers?

Do you use a sofa cover? If yes, what kind and how long did they last? I see rubber backed, quilted, stretchable ones and I like the quilted covers. Not sure how long they would hold up. Couch is new and an off white fabric so I want to protect it.

They will all look terrible unless you have a slipcover made, which will cost about as much as a new couch depending on the couch.

What is the sofa fabric made of? Do the covers zip off? Do you have a Bissell little green yet?

Depends on how much they are used and washed.
Get different ones to try. Most are cheap enough at around $25.

If you have an Ikea sofa, they are well made and you can buy all types of slipcovers for most online from independent sellers even for old Ikea sofa models they no longer carry.

I have a white sofa and I just put a white fuzzy blanket across the bottom which keeps it clean from my dog. Not a big deal to fold it up on company comes over.
