| How are you measuring? My scale says 33%, but I think I want to go to my gym and use one of those InBody scans. |

Haven't a clue. I have enough to worry about in terms of my physical appearance (and measures of weight/BMI/Health/Cholesterol/Liver enzymes/BP yadda yadda yadda without adding body fat percentage to the list!

I hope you were never 10% because 17-22% is necessary for menstruation. Body fat that low is unhealthy for women. |
