Posting here in relationships because the book has been recommended here a few times and I'm hoping that/those posters are still around here.
The book was recommended to me when I was struggling with deciding whether to leave my abusive marriage - would I be happier out than in. The book had mini chapters of scenarios (common relationship problems) and why they made people want to leave. At the end of each chapter, there was a blurb on people who left because of that scenario, and how they felt years later, and people who stayed in spite of that scenario, and how that was going years later. THANKS if you have any ideas on what book I am talking about. It was recommended and read likely around 2016. |

I thought it maybe was, and that book is excellent, but the book I'm thinking of has a different format (it's bigger, more square, less condensed pages) and has really clear people who stayed and people who left sections whereas this book is based more on guidelines than just being based on people's lived experiences. So I do think it was a different book... |
