| I have GEHA which uses the UHC network and claims processing. I don’t recommend, in fact I’m switching out this year. Many providers are dropping UHC (for us, most importantly, Hopkins became OON in the middle of the year), and this year something happened with their claims processing where it’s both longer time and more denials etc. and when they do reimburse it’s at much lower rates than before. |

| Avoid United Healthcare like the plague it is. Claims customer service is in the toilet. |

One time I called the claims line during business hours and got "This Number has been disconnected". I double checked the number three times. One time I got through the horrible and it's AI had garbled audio and cut off the call. UHC is a nightmare and I'm switching off it. |

| I was on United Healthcare federal employee plan for one year and I hated it so much. Horrible customer service. |
