I scheduled an appointment for my annual with my GYN 5 months ago! My allergies are horrible and it got my thinking about what I’d do if I was legit sick and I realized that given the wait, I’d still go if I had cholera, rabies and smallpox given how hard it is to get an appointment.

So sorry, I feel your pain. I have same frustrating issue with my primary for a physical. Most recently EVEN after saying I detected a lump in my breast.
Why are there zero slots for a potentially serious illness/condition with documented family history?
I had been going to urgent care for suspected sinus infections, etc.

My experience is neurologists and endocrinologists are the toughest to get into, followed by dermatologists.
