10yo with nosebleed for over an hour

I am going to schedule my 10yo to get her nose cauterized. Has anyone done that? She is very prone to nosebleeds now. Her blood vessels are too close to the tip of her nose, per the pediatrician. This post-bedtime bloody nose has been so bad tonight. What nosebleed lasts an hour and 15 minutes when the kid is sitting upright with her nose pinched? Crazy. I should have called an ENT the day I found out the cause of these bleeds. She is trying to fall asleep now - still with some bloody mucus going down her throat. She said she could tell that the actual nosebleed stopped. Poor kid. She is so tired. I wonder how long it will take to get an appointment with an ENT.

Sorry to hear that, hope she will feel better.
Call the pediatrician office and they might recommend ENT that can see her as soon as possible.
