| Therapy & psychiatrist is our only out of network expense. It seems like BCBS standard is best. But it's $$$$$$. Anyone have any tips or insights? |

| BCBS is the best...most therapy and psych is out of pocket w/ reimbursement. We used to be BC and went to UHG and going back to BC. UHG reimbursement is laughable |

| If you qualify for the Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) look it at it. DOD, State and several others qualify. It uses the Atena network. Decent Out of Network benefits and relatively low deductibles and out of pocket maxes are lower that BCBS. The also cover 125 visits each of Physical, speech and occupational therapies. We saved over 100 a paycheck over BCBS basic. IT would be an even bigger savings over standard. |
