Ikea plan & order (Fairfax)

Anyone use this for kitchen or closet design? I actually like Ikea cabinetry, and am thinking of doing a closet update, but HATE driving to either of our Ikea options. Also, frankly, hate the e-commerce/delivery options, so it seems ideal to do this all through the Fairfax store. Anyone have experience? Can I do returns at this store, if I end up with too much product?
