| What do you think of them? Helpful, strict, unprofessional? Etc. |
| What's the point of a post like this |
| They seem nice enough but my interaction with them is basically limited to saying hello as i walk in the building. I have never asked them for anything during the school day |
| The older ladies are unprofessional. I asked about my back pay for covering sub classes during my planning periods and they acted like they never heard about making me sub cover as I did it every day for weeks. Then they acted like I was sketchy for asking. Then admin starts writing reports on me for not good enough plans. I thought my plans were great for doing them with no support, no time, and admin trying to mismanaged then fire teachers. |
| When I was a teacher, I had very little interaction with our school's front office staff. |
| Friendly in my elem school. |
| I work for MCPS and it really varies school to school. The ones in my DD's school are fantastic. I don't come in very often but when I do they recognize me right off the bat and know who my DD is and what class she is in. One of the ladies volunteers for the PTA and often goes to school wide events. |
| It varies wildly. At my Bethesda MS we have had some really crass people who shouldn’t be in a building with kids, some really mean ogres, and some absolute imbeciles. When we get someone good, it’s a miracle. |
| I love them. Treat them nicely and everything will be fine. Now the nurse is another story. |
This. I say good morning and then don’t see them again. |
| Do they ever sub in class at the school? |
Things that absolutely didn’t happen. |
DP. How do you know?? |
