Allowing Dog Kennel Operations in Residential Neighborhoods

Not my petition, but I know a neighborhood dealing with someone that bought a home in Loudoun County and is now operating a dog kennel with up to 40 dogs in a residential neighborhood in Loudoun County.

They've applied for a special use exception permit that the county is evaluating and have been operating without the right licensing for 2 years because they can until the county rules on the issue. 40 dogs = 160 car trips in a residential neighborhood roads.

If this passes, other homes in Loudoun County could operate large dog kennels and commercial operations in a neighborhood.
